Requirements
  • Exemplary written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
  • Proactive and analytical with a customer service orientation, with the ability to communicate collaboratively and effectively with a diverse population
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability prioritize and manage multiple projects and initiatives
  • HR Certifications a plus
  • Flexible, with the ability to resolve highly confidential, time-sensitive and complex issues independently and with sound judgment in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be proficient with standard Microsoft Office programs, primarily Word and Excel
  • Prior experience with HRIS systems, preferably UKG/Ultipro
  • Prior experience working in a global organization a plus

Responsibilities
  • Partners with the Director of HR to execute and support all annual HR processes
  • Manage benefits, leaves, on-boarding and off-boarding, terminations, and other HR programs that support employee development, team cohesion, and retention
  • Lead new hire orientations, benefits overview, HR systems overview, etc
  • Update and maintain accuracy of employee records using HRIS system
  • Communicate the strategy behind, and rollout of, benefits programs, including annual open enrollment, and participate in benefits education campaigns and communications
  • Support efforts for annual benefits open enrollment, benefits fair, as well as planning of select employee events
  • Develop and administer training as needed (i.e. management training, harassment training, company policies, etc.)
  • Consult on employee questions and issues, ensuring confidentiality and consistency with company policy and practices, escalating to Director of HR as appropriate
  • Perform exit interviews and report on feedback as appropriate; primary point of contact for post-employment activities - COBRA, employment verifications, etc
  • Consistently evaluate policies, processes and best practices within the department and company and partner with Director of HR to evolve and update as needed
  • Manage HR SharePoint, documentation upload, quarterly documentation/policy review, and manage upload of benefit renewal data
  • Partner with Director of Human Resources to review ISO HR processes and documentation
