Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience with providing functional support for DoD information systems
  • 2+ years of experience with triaging and troubleshooting IT issues
  • 2+ years of experience with tracking and reporting issues using DoD ticketing systems
  • Ability to communicate technical information and propose solutions to clients
  • Secret clearance
  • HS diploma or GED
  • Experience with supporting MAF C2 systems, including CAMPS, GDSS, GATES, or MEIS
  • Experience with working independently and in cross-team situations
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • DoD 8570 IAT II Certification, including CompTIA Security+
Responsibilities
  • Offer comprehensive insight, problem-solving, and implementation guidance in support of defense information systems.
  • Apply functional understanding and technical expertise to propose and implement solutions for a wide range of challenges for varying levels of complexity.
  • Operate both independently and as a member of a cross-functional team and solve problems with minimal to no guidance.
