Responsibilities
  • Research and identify potential clients through various channels such as online research, networking events, and industry publications.
  • Conduct outreach via phone calls, emails, and social media to initiate contact with potential clients.
  • Assess the needs and challenges of potential clients to determine if they are a good fit for our products or services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Assist the BD team with scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and following up with prospects.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all lead interactions and progress in the CRM system.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
  • Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to develop and implement effective strategies for lead generation and conversion.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation and sales opportunities.
