About the Role

The Production Associate - Stager will be reporting to the Production Supervisor, you will be responsible to provide a procedure that ensures efficient use of space, time and results in a proper standard for the preparation of boxes being stacked and sent for transport.

What you will be doing:

• Receive boxes at the end of the line and stack them in an appropriate manner for delivery to customers 
• Escalate damaged or incorrectly produced boxes 
• Stack boxes in an appropriate manner so they do not fall during shipping
• Replenish production lines as required  
• Ensure the quality of the product meets Company Standards
• Ensure accuracy and efficiency at designated ship outstations
• Assist in additional duties as requested by Production Management

At a minimum, you have: 

• Must be willing and able to work in a refrigerated environment (0° to 10°)
• Must be willing and able to consistently lift up to 50 pounds 
• Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time and regular squatting, bending, twisting, andwalking with or without reasonable accommodation
• Ability to work all scheduled shifts is a job requirement (Will include weekend work) 
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
• Strong teamwork abilities and interpersonal skills
• Ability to prioritize, remain calm and alert while multi-tasking in a dynamic environment
• Forklift Operator Certification (Asset)
• Level 1 First Aid (Asset)
