About the Role:
Sezzle is looking for an ambitious intern for our Merchant Experience Team. This role will be working with our merchant partners to ensure onboarding, great communication and overall great merchant experience!

Key Role Responsibilities:
- Answering incoming inquiries from our partnered merchants via phone and Salesforce cases.
- Assisting management with tasks and projects as assigned.
- Assisting in hitting our Rocks and goals for each quarter.
- Be an ambassador for Sezzle and our partnered merchants.
Minimum Requirements:
- Sezzle internships are up to 30 hours a week (no more). We want you to have an amazing internship experience and learn new things, but also enjoy student life!
- Pursuing a bachelor’s degreewith at least 2 years of coursework completed (Junior)
Preferred Knowledge & Skills:
- Great communication skills.
- Experience with Business to Business interaction.
- Experience with Salesforce is a plus.
- Preferred GPA of 3.5 or higher on a 4.0 scale

The compensation range for the role is $18.00 / hour. Our ranges are very broad to accommodate all types of candidates and encourage growth. Specific compensation offered to a candidate may be dependent on factors such as education, experience, qualifications, and alignment with market data. Exceptional candidates may receive salaries outside of the posted ranges.
