What believers are saying

  • DISHER's 2026 blog emphasizes generative design and predictive modeling, signaling higher-value engineering work.
  • Its manufacturing-technology page markets IIoT, PLCs, cobots, and full work-cell integration, expanding wallet share.
  • Hiring remains active in 2026, with 68 open roles and partner postings across 20 locations.

What critics are saying

  • Project revenue swings with customer capital budgets; open roles and contracts expose 2026 utilization.
  • Narrow industrial focus ties DISHER to automotive and factory automation spending, especially after 2025 orders slow.
  • No major brand moat protects against Gotion, staffing agencies, and system integrators stealing engineering talent.

What makes Disher unique

  • DISHER combines engineering, talent, and consulting under one roof, unlike pure-play staffing firms.
  • Its automation practice targets harsh factory environments, including food-grade AMRs and integrated controls.
  • Zeeland and Hammond offices anchor Midwest manufacturing relationships, plus 100+ partner positions through DISHER Talent.
