  • At least 3 years of experience managing a team of SDRs/BDRs
  • Successful experience as an SDR/BDR for 1-2 years before transitioning to a managerial role
  • A track record of not only meeting, but also exceeding targets and leading great teams
  • Experience building SDR processes and structure
  • Familiarity with sales efficiency and outreach tools
  • Oversee the Sales Development function and take ownership of its success
  • Leverage the learnings we’ve developed with our full sales cycle reps to enhance effectiveness and increase impact across all current channels - cold calling, emailing and LinkedIn messaging/videos
  • Collaborate closely with the Head of Sales and the Sales Associate team to generate net new opportunities to meet and exceed our New Customer targets
  • Establish an inbound sales process that effectively converts prospect interest into viable opportunities
  • Own the development of outbound content and copy across calling scripts, emails, and LinkedIn messages
  • Recruit, onboard, and train new team members to scale the Sales Development team
  • Coach and support team members to continually develop their skills
  • Fully own the outcome of the team
  • Maintain high levels of performance across the team
