Requirements
- Experience is preferred but not required; on-the-job training will be provided.
- Interest in the field of physical therapy is a plus.
- Must have or be willing to obtain a current cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) license through the American Heart Association.
Responsibilities
- Assist physical therapists with their daily treatment plans for patients.
- Instruct patients on therapeutic exercise programs developed and directed under the supervision of physical therapists and physical therapist assistants.
- Build rapport with clients.
- Set up equipment for patients.
- Clean treatment rooms and gym areas.
- Assist with data entry.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
