The work has human scale physicality, lots of problems to solve in the lab, and on-site in-production realities at customer deployments. This particular job is not travel heavy but all engineers are encouraged to visit customer sites.

Pickle Robot Company is looking for a Senior/Principal Manufacturing Engineer to join the team.

You will

Work with R&D mechanical engineering team to refine design for manufacturing.
Identify, select, and qualify external suppliers and contract manufacturers(some travel required).
Establish additional in-house manufacturing as needed.
Develop a program for scaling toward production.
Identify team needs and grow team for manufacturing operations.

You should have

12+ years experience in design for manufacturing, robotics, or related field
Experience taking an R&D product to scaled production
