Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to new and existing members
  • Interact with members via phone, email, text, and chat to address concerns
  • Help coordinate care for members needing services outside of scope
  • Conduct proactive outreach to educate members on Vitable's offerings
  • Support Vitable affiliated providers
  • Contribute to small projects with guidance from manager
  • Surface and articulate problems and explore solutions
