  • At least 5 years of experience working in video games or a related industry
  • Experience with major entertainment partnerships
  • Must respect and honor highly confidential information
  • Deep understanding of all current PlayStation hardware platforms, games, console, mobile, social, and PC platforms, games and services
  • Passion for games in all forms
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Prefer experience working with globally distributed/hybrid work teams
  • Must have a strong EQ
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communication, or related field
  • Excellent project management and/or business development experience
  • Highly organized with attention to detail
  • Proven ability to think strategically and analytically
  • Ability to take ownership of an issue and see it through to resolution
Responsibilities
  • Own the end-to-end pipeline for Third Party deals for PlayStation
  • Maintain deal summary documentation and follow SIE guidelines
  • Supervise the relationship with Legal teams to draft, redline, and amend agreements
  • Obtain approvals and guidance from internal constituencies at PlayStation
  • Maintain boilerplate language and tools for quick deal creation
  • Create presentation materials for peer orgs, partners, and executives
  • Lead peers through the end-to-end process for striking a deal
  • Oversee administrative functions for deals
