Requirements

Responsibilities
  • Transition the performance reporting process from manual, spreadsheet-driven workflows to an automated analytical approach.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor performance calculation policies across the Alternatives platform to ensure consistency and accuracy.
  • Oversee the calculation and centralization of Fund, Separate Account, Mandate, and platform performance metrics, including IRR, MOIC, DPI, TVPI, PME, modeled net returns, time series calculations, and other key measures.
  • Partner with the marketing team to provide performance metrics for RFPs and collaborate with investment teams, senior leadership, and other stakeholders on ad-hoc performance analysis.
  • Design and produce management reports to monitor performance metrics and track the team’s contributions to business objectives.
  • Work closely with accounting and finance teams to review and validate cash flow and valuation inputs used in performance models.

NEW YORK, March 31, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Neuberger Berman High Yield Strategies Fund Inc. (NYSE American: NHS) (the "Fund") has announced a distribution declaration of $0.0905 per share of common stock. The distribution announced today is payable on April 30, 2025, has a record date of April 15, 2025, and has an ex-date of April 15, 2025.Under its level distribution policy, the Fund anticipates that it will make regular monthly distributions, subject to market conditions, of $0.0905 per share of common stock, unless further action is taken to determine another amount. The Fund's ability to maintain its current distribution rate will depend on a number of factors, including the amount and stability of income received from its investments, the cost of leverage and the level of other Fund fees and expenses.
