- Experience designing and architecting service-oriented architecture technologies.
- Strong experience developing and supporting service-oriented architecture technologies, primarily Oracle Service Bus and Oracle Data Integrator.
- Experience troubleshooting Oracle Service Bus, Java, and Oracle Data Integrator code to fix defects in production environments.
- Experience leading teams and driving production-support solutions across teams.
- Experience handling customers in a multi-vendor environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Convincing and leadership skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with business users, information technology staff, other vendors, and various levels of management.
- Drive support and customer issues for Oracle Service Bus and Oracle Data Integrator interfaces.
- Work in a multi-vendor environment on-site to address questions, bug fixes, and production support.
- Provide root-cause analysis for production incidents involving middleware and integration support.
- Liaise with the offshore team and provide complete information needed to deliver portions of the work from offshore.
- Follow up with stakeholders to obtain solutions to questions raised by the offshore team.
- Coordinate with on-site and offshore stakeholders to understand business requirements and jointly identify the source and destination systems for data transferred through Fusion Middleware.
- Java experience is an advantage but is optional.
