Requirements
- Must have at least 3 years experience with UKG v. 10 and v. 14
- Experience with integration of third-party applications and systems required, including eVerify. Preferred integration experience with Checkr, Lever (ATS), Paradox, or other similar systems
- Experience creating and generating reports from HRIS systems is required
- Ability to multi-task and juggle multiple projects and responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in project management and supporting multiple user groups
- Multitasking and prioritizing skills
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Able to train others
- Familiarity or exposure with UKG Dimensions or Kronos
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot issues related to UKG including system shutdowns, connection problems, integration issues, error messages, etc
- Lead regular and on-going system updates and partner with internal leads to ensure timelines and testing requirements are met
- Support HR and Payroll with evaluating, documenting, and updating key processes and workflows. Recommends system solutions to improve processes
- Advise HR/Payroll team members on the effective and efficient use of the UKG system
- Conducts routine system quality control audits including government compliance, associate status updates, separations, and tax compliance
- Develop and support HR/Payroll in the creation of BI reports and analyze information that assists management with operational needs
- Manage and support testing of customs for system upgrade releases
- Troubleshoot and correct intermediate-level SQL code used in reporting, interfaces, and jobs
