- The candidate must be a student in the first through third year of study.

- Verify guest guarantees and reservations.
- Ensure follow-up throughout guests' stays by communicating important information to colleagues and management and verifying guarantees.
- Answer telephone calls and occasionally take reservations.
- Maintain, verify, and control the personal cash register.
- Respond to guests' requests and follow them through to ensure satisfaction.
- Provide guests with tourist information.
- Apply the brand and hotel's procedures and policies for access control and personal safety.
- Ensure guests' special requests are transmitted to the relevant departments.
- Provide breakfast service.
- Provide restaurant service.
- The candidate should have an excellent presentation and a strong sense of hospitality.
- The candidate should be organized and punctual.
