  • 2-3 years of experience as a Salesforce administrator in a similar environment
  • Extensive experience in the administration and maintenance of Salesforce systems
  • Experience in performing Salesforce integrations with various supplemental tools
  • An exceptional ability to create and maintain Salesforce databases
  • In-depth knowledge of Salesforce products and their functionalities
  • Proficiency in creating Salesforce profiles, allocating roles, and managing access
  • Knowledge of importing data and generating Salesforce reports
  • Ability to provide Salesforce training and end-user support
  • Experience building training and support materials for implemented processes to enable all stakeholders to onboard rapidly
  • Ensure optimal performance of Salesforce systems and products
  • Upgrade and configure Salesforce systems for optimized integration
  • Manage Salesforce roles, profiles, sharing rules, workflows, and groups
  • Import sales department leads, contacts, and other data
  • Maintain the sales cloud, as well as build custom reports and dashboards
  • Perform database maintenance tasks, including diagnostic tests and duplicate entry cleansing
  • Evaluate Salesforce releases, as well as providing training and support
  • Document processes & automations to transfer knowledge as we scale
  • Prepare reports & dashboards for sales and other departments
  • Enhance architecture and process improvement across supplemental tools
  • Create and implement processes that allow all of our customer-facing teams to move swiftly and efficiently
  • Ability to partner with Marketing on lead to customer process
  • Gather business requirements and build functionality within Salesforce to meet those requirements
