Requirements
  • An undergraduate degree, preferably in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
  • 10+ years of Finance experience, preferably with prior experience at a publicly traded company
  • Early career experience in investment banking, equity research, private equity, or other highly technical financial fields is preferred
  • Demonstrated track record of building and owning complex financial models and deep understanding of business model drivers
  • Excellent critical thinking and communication skills
  • Strong work ethic and a team-oriented mindset
  • Experience with and/or knowledge of SaaS or recurring revenue business models
  • Demonstrated leadership experience
Responsibilities
  • Serve as a partner to our senior leadership team, including our founders and our CEO
  • Lead budgeting, planning, forecasting, and critical financial processes
  • Develop, manage, and enhance the three-statement financial model
  • Own Board and management reporting
  • Develop frameworks to assess key initiatives and potential investment opportunities and guide resource allocation decisions
  • Design the FP&A org structure; recruit, hire and retain team members in a fast-paced environment
