- Minimum 8 years of experience conveying intelligence and operational assessments to senior leaders.
- Minimum 8 years of experience managing distributed teams and Forward Support Elements (FSEs).
- Extensive hands-on experience implementing and sustaining intelligence tools and technologies in support of SOF operations.
- Active Top Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility is required.
- Lead deployment, instruction, and sustainment of SOCOMs intelligence software and systems.
- Train end users on existing and emerging tools across HUMINT, SIGINT, GEOINT/IMINT, and OSINT.
- Provide strategic input on technology adoption, integration, and capability enhancement within unit intelligence production cycles.
- Manage geographically dispersed teams and FSEs in support of joint and combined operations.
- Liaise with senior operational and intelligence stakeholders to align support with mission objectives.
- Candidates will have proficiency or high potential to gain some level of proficiency to enable and train software capabilities across three domains: (1) Operations, (2) Intelligence warfighting functions and (3) tactical Mission Planning and Execution domain.
