  • Provide strategic direction and guidance to practice group leaders and attorneys, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and innovation.
  • Oversee the recruitment, retention, and professional development of attorneys and staff within the specific practice areas you cover.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics to assess the performance and profitability of the practice groups.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and delivering high-quality legal services that exceed expectations.
  • Identify opportunities to expand existing client relationships and develop new business opportunities through targeted outreach and networking efforts.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing strategic counsel and innovative solutions to address their legal challenges.
  • Lead business development efforts to identify and pursue new opportunities for growth.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing and branding strategies to promote the firm's expertise and thought leadership in these areas.
