Requirements
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience in support and implementation/build of Workday Integrations with good hold on connectors(Core connectors, Packaged connectors, PECI, WECI), EIBS , XSLT, calculated fields, Custom reports, BIRT and Studio
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience in Workday HCM functional configuration setup, Security configuration, EIB Inbounds, Business Processes, Alerts and Notifications framework, and building dashboards
  • Experienced with Workday SOAP API, REST API, Raas reports and Import API patterns
  • Excellent verbal, written, communication, interpersonal, presentation skills with proven business analyst skills
  • Passion for Workday technology and enjoy solving Workday business problems
  • Workday to have Impl/Pro certification in Core HCM/Integrations.
Responsibilities
  • Support our business stakeholders for Workday SaaS application using ServiceNow(Ticketing Tool) and Jira(CR) intake channels, identify and resolve issues/breaks and enhancements with premier Workday support experience.
  • Support and develop Workday integrations of various types such as third-party payroll, PECI, Worker and Benefit Connectors, EIBs and Studio.
  • Hands-on configuration in Workday business processes, custom reports, EIB Inbounds/outbound, Security, Alerts and Notifications for Integrations.
  • Design and develop new reports requests through Jira queue.
  • Have knowledge and ability to expand workday applications and its modules to new business geography.
  • Ownership and accountability of both Quality and RUN responsibilities pertaining to all workday related projects.
  • Troubleshoot and fix production issues and help prioritize against existing backlog based on severity and impact.
  • Can easily put on your business analyst hat if needed and advice business for the best workday practices.
