Bell joins Kerv to build on ongoing momentum. Posted on Monday, April 13, 2026 - 10:28 Kerv has appointed industry veteran Steve Bell as Chief Executive Officer (CEO), taking a key step in its efforts to build on its people-focused values and position the business for long-term growth. Bell joins following an extensive search for a leader aligned with Kerv's people-first core values and customer focus. Kerv partners with Nerdio to strengthen Azure Virtual Desktop proposition.

Kerv partners with Nerdio to strengthen Azure Virtual Desktop proposition. David Lewis Marketing Manager | Kerv Transform David specialises in cloud technologies and Managed IT Services, helping drive new business and customer success through impactful campaigns, events, and PR. Published 17/03/26 under: Nerdio is a leading platform for Microsoft cloud management, and Kerv Group is excited to share that Kerv is now an official Nerdio partner. By partnering with Nerdio, its goal is to make its Azure Virtual Desktop service even stronger. As a Microsoft partner that holds the Azure Virtual Desktop specialisation, Kerv Group is committed to delivering AVD in a way that's secure, well-managed, and genuinely easier for IT teams to run day-to-day. Why Nerdio? At Kerv, Kerv Group is solution-agnostic. Kerv Group design AVD and wider virtual desktop solutions based on what the customer actually needs, and Kerv Group'll use supporting technologies like Nerdio where they add real value. That matters because not every organisation needs the same operating model: For some SMEs, a well-designed AVD environment with the right ongoing support is the best answer. For more mature organisations, or anyone running AVD at scale, Nerdio can be a great fit. It adds an automation and management layer on top of AVD, giving IT teams a more centralised way to manage things like scaling, images, monitoring, and day-to-day operations. In practical terms, Nerdio can help with: * Intelligent auto-scaling to match demand and reduce unnecessary spend * Image management and version control, making updates more repeatable and controlled * Built-in monitoring and dashboards to improve visibility across the environment * Automation and delegated administration, reducing manual overhead for IT teams Building on success in regulated sectors. Kerv Group has already had strong success delivering AVD in regulated environments, particularly in legal, and Kerv Group is now looking to grow further across industries such as financial services and local government. This partnership gives Kerv Group another way to help customers who want more automation, stronger cost control, and a more structured operating model for AVD. To mark the partnership, Kerv Group is running a webinar that provides a practical introduction to Nerdio, how it works, and where it helps most in real AVD environments. In the session, Kerv Group'll cover: * Why and what is Nerdio Manager for Enterprise? A quick introduction to how the platform simplifies Azure Virtual Desktop, Intune and Windows 365 management. * How it works Centralised administration across your organisation, including auto-scaling, image management, and cost modelling. * Optimising costs How Nerdio's automation and intelligent scaling help cut spend without compromising performance. Ready to start your Nerdio journey? On the 23rd April, Kerv Group is hosting a practical session showing how automation and centralised management can reduce manual effort, improve control and keep Azure Virtual Desktop costs in check.
