  • Familiarity with Conga and salesforce integration a definite plus

  • Proven track record creating and implementing systems and processes that measurably increase sales team productivity and customer outcomes
  • Adept at working with cross functional teams and building meaningful business relationships along the way
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills with keen ability to speak to the benefits of operational initiatives to your GTM peers
  • Salesforce administrator certification preferred
  • Deep knowledge of managing complex Sales Cycle / Methodologies (i.e. funnel management/ forecasting in each stage)
  • Demonstrate high level of integrity and operate as a team player
  • Strong knowledge with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint), Google Suite (Sheets & Slides)
  • Result driven and organized with excellent attention to detail

  • Serves as primary administrator for Apixio's Salesforce.com environment
  • Manage all basic functions including but not limited to salesforce reports and dashboards and workflows
  • Manage data integrity and other integrations that uses SFDC as the source of data
  • Work cross-functionally with all departments to establish suitable processes to support administrative, development and change management activities
  • Ensure salesforce is configured to support new and existing product solutions

  • Manage the organization and upkeep of RFI/RFP response repository
  • Development and maintain the Sales team intranet that is the resource hub for the team to access all information and assets to support the Sales life-cycle
  • Reporting and Business Intelligence
  • Manage all forecasting models including renewals, expansions/upsells
  • Develop KPIs to track drive indicators of retention, adoption, utilization, and overall customer health
  • Evaluate and organize sales data from multiple sources and present recommendations to senior team members
  • Provide sales enablement support to the Sales & Marketing team
  • Support Marketing on audience segmentation, revenue attribution, and customer programs
  • Collaborate and support Marketing team on direct marketing campaigns
  • Support requests for contracts and proposals from sales team
  • Undertake ad-hoc responsibilities as needed to support the Growth team
