AO Globe Life is looking for a Client Benefits Representative to support clients as they explore insurance coverage options for themselves and their families. This remote position involves connecting with prospective clients, conducting virtual needs assessments, and providing education about life, accident, and supplemental health insurance.
You will have access to warm leads, comprehensive training, daily coaching, and a team committed to helping you succeed.
Responsibilities
Connect with prospective clients using warm company-provided leads
Schedule and conduct virtual appointments
Identify customer needs through professional conversations
Explain insurance benefits and available coverage options
Help clients make informed decisions
Follow up with clients to provide a high-quality experience
Keep accurate records and organize client communication
Participate in training, coaching, and team meetings

Important Information About This Opportunity
This is a 100% remote, independent contractor opportunity with American Income Life / Globe Life. Compensation is commission-based and performance-driven; this is not an hourly or salaried position.
Candidates selected to move forward should be prepared to:
• Be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States
• Provide their own computer/laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and professional remote workspace
• Complete required training and participate in virtual meetings
• Obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities
• Complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate’s expense
No prior insurance experience is required. Training, mentorship, licensing guidance, and ongoing professional development are provided.
