POSITION TITLE: Assistant District Attorney – Civil Division
LOCATION: Tulsa County District Attorney’s Office – Civil Division
STATUS: Full-Time/ Exempt
CLOSING: Open Until Filled
SALARY: $80,000 to $90,000, Commensurate with Experience and Qualifications

POSITION SUMMARY: Be part of a team of five attorneys who represent the county and its officials in both state and federal civil litigation.
JOB DESCRIPTION: Civil Litigation, discovery, motions, oral arguments, trials and settlements. Provide advice to county officials on a daily basis.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: J.D. degree from an accredited school of law and be admitted to the practice of law in the State of Oklahoma.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Qualified applicants must have a J.D. degree from an accredited school of law and be admitted to the practice of law in the State of Oklahoma.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS: Excellent research and writing skills are required.
