  • You have a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • You have at least 10 years of progressive experience in financial planning and analysis.
  • You’re a seasoned leader, with at least 5 years of experience as a leader of leaders.
  • You have strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills.
  • You’ve developed excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
  • You have a proven track record of strategic thinking and problem-solving with companies that have scaled successfully.
  • You’re well-versed in financial software and tools, such as Excel, NetSuite, Adaptive Insights and Tableau.
Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing FP&A team, providing guidance, training, and development opportunities.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, offering insights and recommendations to drive business performance.
  • Develop and implement BambooHR’s financial strategy.
  • Provide analytical insight to support strategic initiatives and business decisions.
  • Drive the annual budgeting process and maintain rolling forecasts.
  • Develop and implement KPIs to measure and monitor business performance.
  • Drive the preparation and presentation of financial reports to senior leadership.
  • Identify process improvements and technologies that will enhance the effectiveness of FP&A activities as BambooHR continues to scale.
  • Foster a culture of financial accountability and transparency across the organization.
