Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data from various sources, including internal systems and external market data 
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using advanced excel
• Experience conducting market research 
• Identify trends and insights from data and communicate these findings to stakeholders 
• Ability to build presentations as required to present findings and proposals
• Create and maintain business requirements documentation to support project initiatives 
• Work closely with management to prioritize projects and initiatives based on business needs 
• Support ad hoc data analysis requests 
• Assist with data cleansing and transformation activities as needed

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as Business Administration, Data Analytics, or Economics
• Combined 4+ years of experience in Data Analysis, Consumer Insights and Business Analysis.
• Proficient in advanced Excel, and at least one BI tool such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Quantitative analysis expertise is important for the success of this role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong business acumen.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities.

Assets:

• Experience in a start-up environment is an asset
• Experience in the food tech, healthcare, or hospitality industry is an asset
