As Senior Product & Partner Marketing Manager, you’ll be the subject matter expert on LeanData solutions as well as the primary marketing owner of several partner relationships. You’ll work closely with all go-to-market teams to plan and facilitate the release of new solutions, develop positioning and messaging, identify partner program plans, and create new content that drives successful buying decisions within our largest accounts.
What you’ll be doing:
- Research & Analysis: Identify and understand important trends, segments, and personas. Research, analyze, and present market trends, technology trends, & competition. Comfortably plan and hold insightful customer interviews. Understand our partners, customers, and target prospects at the deepest level.
- Go-to-Market Strategy: Define GTM strategy and plans for new LeanData and joint partner solutions and align with department leaders. Work closely with Services, Product Management, and Partner teams. Build strong business justification for new solutions or strategies, set SMART goals, and define resources and alignment needed to be successful.
- Project/Program Management: Collaborate cross-functionally to create GTM plans and enable GTM teams. Strategize and collaborate with partners to support co-marketing efforts. Align with and hold a cross-functional team to strict deadlines and deliverables. Work with subject matter experts and department leaders to execute GTM activities.
- Leadership: Lead cross-functional tiger teams and drive strategic success with our partners. Define and align the teams around SMART goals.
- Content & Storytelling: Clearly articulate complex ideas or processes so that they appear simple and are easily understood. Build engaging content and collateral for internal enablement and use with prospects, customers, and partners.
- Presentations: Build engaging material and comfortably present it to groups of over 100 people, internally and externally.
- Positioning & Messaging: Define the market position for new solutions and support it with research and partner alignment. Create compelling messaging that articulates the value and impact of new solutions and partnerships, and supports defined positioning. Iterate to ensure success while working with partners and cross-functional teams to gain insight along the way.
- Pricing & Packaging: Gather qualitative and quantitative data to propose pricing and packaging for new solutions. Work with cross-functional executives and partners to build new packages, align on strategy, and enable GTM teams.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (MBA a plus)
- 4+ years of experience in product marketing
- Marketing and/or product management experience with a company that sells B2B solutions for sales and/or marketing
- Deep understanding of enterprise sales cycles and buyer journeys
- Deep understanding of the sales and marketing SaaS technology landscape
- Experience working closely with partners on joint GTM activities
- Technical Expertise: Expert with PowerPoint/Google Slides, Word/Google Docs, & Excel/Google Sheets
- Hands-on experience with sales and marketing tools, such as Hubspot, Pardot, Marketo, Salesloft, and Outreach
- Experience working within Salesforce
