- Assist with desserts and light food preparation.
- Assign server stations and keep the team on track.
- Clean and maintain the dining room before and after service.
- Greet and seat residents and guests efficiently and warmly.
- Support servers during service as needed.
- Assist residents with reservations, takeout orders, and questions.
- Use the touchscreen point-of-sale system for meal counts, reservations, and charges.
- Ensure all side work is completed before servers clock out.
