About This Role:
This role will report to the Accountant Manager and play a key role in the accounting team assisting with Cloud revenue, expenses, and accounts payable.
A Day In The Life:
Creating and sending invoices to customers
Creating and maintaining customer profiles and accounting data
Payment processing and cash collections
Maintaining compliance with ASC 606 – Revenue recognition criteria
Reconciliation of AR aging and associated clearing accounts
Review expenses & post monthly accruals
Prepare journal entries including but not limited to inventory, revenue, accounts receivable, accounts payable
Assist in the month-end and year-end close process
Ad-hoc reporting as requested
Must be able to pass a background check

You Will Thrive In This Role If:
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of accounting, finance, or equivalent experience
Have a CPA license or seeking a CPA license is preferred
Self-starter with motivation to drive improvements
Must be able to communicate effectively with a widely dispersed team
Keen attention to detail and is comfortable with accounting software, spreadsheets, and other accounting and financial processes
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Experience working with Sage Intacct, Expensify, Floqast, and Coupa is a bonus

Compensation Range:
Salary Range: Starting at $80,000 - $100,000. Stock options are included in all offers. Salary to be determined by the applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data
