Senior Key Account Manager GDM

Responsibilities:

• Achieve financial targets (Sales, Gross Profit, WC, Cash Flow) and non-financial strategic goals.
• Develop and implement country-specific distributor strategies aligned with FHCS’s overall objectives and KPIs.
• Act as a corporate entrepreneur, driving initiatives that create value for both the assigned markets and the company as a whole.
• Ensure compliance with Freudenberg and FHCS policies, practices, strategic goals, and reporting requirements.
• Represent FHCS as a trusted ambassador, enhancing the company’s reputation through collaboration with customers, communities, authorities, and employees while upholding ethical standards.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of proven sales experience in an international, multicultural environment, with strong sales management expertise (FMCG experience is a plus)

• University degree required

• Demonstrated leadership qualities and commitment to personal development.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage and drive change

• Willingness to travel within the region (up to 40%).

• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
