A DAY IN THE LIFE
- Manages cyclical and non-cyclical HR operating cadence in alignment with the organizations long term objectives and growth.
- Uses KPIs and performance metrics to ensure efficient and effective HR departmental performance.
- Partners with the HR Leadership, HR Business Partners (HRBPs) and HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) to lead and support HR objectives and documentation of HR processes.
- Leads moderately complex to complex HR projects (e.g. major area within a HR function, multiple workstreams, technical in nature, moderate/large budget, 6-12 month timeframe).
- Identifies and provides visibility to project progress, obstacles and challenges.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related discipline.
- Five or more years of progressive human resources, project management, or related experience required. Previous experience leading highly visible projects HR projects from discovery stages to development and implementation required.
- Change management and communication skills required.
WHAT WILL SET YOU APART
- Two years of leadership experience preferred.
- Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience with SharePoint, Workday, JDE and ServiceNow a plus.
- SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) or Project Management Professional (PMP) credentials preferred.
