  • 3–5+ years of full-cycle enterprise software sales experience (Required)
  • Proven success closing deals over $100K+ ACV with multi-stakeholder buying committees
  • Experience selling SaaS or on-premise B2B software to complex organizations (e.g., ERP, IWMS, HCM, or similar)
  • Formal sales training in consultative sales methodologies, such as: The Challenger Sale / Challenger Customer
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills across executive, business, and technical audiences
  • U.S. work authorization
Responsibilities
  • Drive net new enterprise software sales within your territory
  • Build strong relationships with decision-makers at the state, provincial, and large municipal government level
  • Conduct intelligent outreach, schedule onsite meetings, and represent FacilityForce at trade shows and industry events
  • Own the deal cycle end-to-end, coordinating with Sales Engineers for product demos and technical deep dives
  • Collaborate with Proposal Coordinators to deliver high-quality responses to RFPs/RFIs
  • Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with existing customers to identify expansion opportunities
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and opportunity records in our CRM
Desired Qualifications
  • Prior success selling into state, provincial, or local government agencies
  • Experience with IWMS, ERP, or public-sector operational platforms
  • Background at firms like Gartner, Forrester, or similar business intelligence or research providers
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, public administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
