Requirements
  • Experience or background in scheduling or logistics, with the ability to manage and optimise field teams’ work allocation within their hours while anticipating potential risks such as overtime or underutilisation.
  • Educated to GCSE/A-level or NVQ Level 2 in Administration (or equivalent) with strong numeracy and excellent MS Office skills, including Excel.
  • Experience in customer service, administration, or commercial environments, ideally working alongside sales managers, engineers, and operations teams.
  • Excellent general administration and organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Positive, enthusiastic, flexible attitude with the ability to embrace change.
Responsibilities
  • Logistic mapping of contracted works within the field teams working hours.
  • To manage and update existing Contracts.
  • Contact customers to ensure appointments are agreed for technicians.
  • Planning and scheduling works to meet with contract KPIs and compliance of tasks for each customer.
  • Database Customer Management and working extensively with ‘in-house’ Legionella Control Management Software.
  • Data analyse of completed Legionella control results.
  • Working with clients to resolve positive identified legionella issues and ensuring fast remedials actions are carried out.
  • Assist Account management team with the performance of contracted works.
  • Flexibility within cross trained administration tasks.
