Responsibilities
  • Drive and support collection activities
  • Collaborate with frontline personnel to understand account states and develop actions to resolve non-payment
  • Provide branch level A/R support and drive A/R key performance indicators
  • Provide monthly reporting for accounts receivable and month-end reports
  • Execute collection meetings to discuss key items and actions for payments
  • Assist frontline with resolving billing disputes
  • Conduct account reconciliations
  • Understand and drive third-party billing submittal and processes
  • Develop monthly controls for invoicing and customer notes in SAP
  • Evaluate and interact with third-party collections, bankruptcy, bonding, liens, and legal departments
Desired Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting, finance, or economics, preferred
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of demonstrated commercial credit and collection experience in the commercial service or construction industry
  • Prior experience billing and collecting preferred
  • Experience in understanding the billing collection process, resolving disputes, account reconciliations, billing rates, and contractual terms
