We’re a small team of builders passionate about creating a world where people are brought together through learning music, celebrating work-in-progress, and sharing moments in the artistic journey. We’re diverse and geographically distributed, and we care deeply about building a workforce and culture that is inclusive and equitable for people of all backgrounds and experiences. What you’ll be working on
• Manage brand partnerships whether it be assisting them in hosting Tonic Challenges, creating digital goods, or sponsoring live conventions.
• Work with our Production Team to manage our influencers to both build content for YouTube and also connect with their audiences on Tonic.
• Create and host events for Tonic team and our extended community. Poker nights, board game nights, or happy hours, you name it!
• Design rituals for the team, curate a culture of deepening relationships between team members.
• Develop growth ideas and collaborate with design, marketing, and engineering to execute. Use A/B testing frameworks to refine.
• Conduct research on customer segmentation, pricing, and GTM.
• Explore new community initiatives, independently develop and execute on new strategies.
• Attend workshops to level up your skills and be a proud representative of Tonic in the SF tech community!
