Requirements
  • At least 3 years of experience in systems support, technical operations, or a related high-growth technology role.
  • Strong working knowledge of macOS, Windows, and software-as-a-service administration, including identity management, cloud productivity, and collaboration tools.
  • Demonstrated experience administering enterprise Windows fleet-management tools, including configuration, policy enforcement, deployment, and security-baseline maintenance.
  • Ability to diagnose complex issues across hardware, software, and basic networking, including VPN, DNS, and Wi-Fi.
  • Ability to deliver white-glove service and clearly explain complex data or member scenarios to non-technical partners.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced startup environment where priorities and instructions can shift quickly.
  • Meticulous documentation habits and the ability to manage multiple workstreams and competing priorities simultaneously.
  • Proactive self-starter with strong attention to detail and a growth-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities
  • Provide Tier 2 technical support for hardware, software, and cloud-based systems to minimize downtime for office-based teams.
  • Support and help manage the operational health and security posture of the company’s technical ecosystem.
  • Administer Windows and macOS fleets, including endpoint strategy, lifecycle management, Mobile Device Management, automated provisioning, zero-touch deployment, patch management, baseline security policies, and application distribution across Windows endpoints.
  • Lead end-to-end enterprise technology deployments, including architecture of internal tool ecosystems and execution of comprehensive system security audits.
  • Autonomously manage cross-functional technical projects.
  • Manage user identity and access throughout the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, role changes, and offboarding, using automated workflows.
  • Provide hands-on support for macOS and Windows fleets and mobile device management.
  • Track, resolve, and document system issues in the ticketing system, and perform root-cause analysis to improve long-term stability and automation across company locations.
  • Participate in an on-call rotation for critical systems support after hours and on weekends as required.
  • Create and manage internal documentation, system configurations, and self-help guides for the Security and User Success teams.
  • Ensure vendors adhere to HIPAA guidelines and industry best practices.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience with Okta, Kandji or Jamf, Google Workspace, Slack Enterprise Grid, and Jira or Confluence.
  • Previous experience in a HIPAA-regulated or SOC 2-compliant environment.
  • Basic experience with scripting or automation tools such as n8n, Zapier, or Python.
