Role overview:
Nursa is looking for an experienced, highly motivated Account Executive to join our Regional Operations Team in the Northeast. Ideal candidates have prior clinical or healthcare industry experience, aren’t afraid of prospecting, are intrinsically motivated, and have a knack for creative problem-solving. They also need to be scrappy and can adapt to changing requirements. The Operations strives to expand Nursa’s presence in new and existing markets, while educating and instructing customers via video demos. Through the utilization of various softwares such as Salesforce and Tableau, the Operations Team continues to take Nursa nationwide. This is an incredible opportunity to be an early member of the Nursa Operations Team as we continue to grow at an exceptional pace.
This role will cover the state of New York, preference will be given to candidates who live in the state.
Responsibilities:
Create outbound prospecting plans across mid-market and local healthcare partners that ensure quota is either hit or exceeded
Identify and onboard New facilities in their local areas by working with Administrators & Schedulers as they adopt Nursa
Create new business relationships between Nursa and healthcare corporations across your territory through calling, networking, and referrals
Showcase the working ability of the Nursa app to potential clients through virtual demonstrations
Qualifications:
1-3 years of professional experience, with prior clinical experience or experience in Healthcare Administration, Sales, Account Management, or similar function, and ; previous use of Salesforce and Tableau a plus
Strong interpersonal and presentation skills, with the ability to build and deliver presentations to your customers
Ability to leverage multiple internal and external resources to achieve goals
Prior experience in a fast-paced, startup, or other dynamic environment a plus
