  • Develop our brand to increase awareness, stand out, and engage self-employed professionals across Canada, driving e-commerce sales.
  • Grow brand awareness metrics.
  • Develop compelling creative initiatives broadly across all channels.
  • Establish a cohesive brand aesthetic and comprehensive guidelines.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform data-driven strategies.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to develop a unified brand messaging strategy.
  • Lead the ideation and execution of innovative B2C brand campaigns.
  • Measure brand perception and develop detailed customer personas through qualitative and quantitative research.
  • Define and articulate the brand's core values, mission, and strategic vision.
  • Collaborate with UX to ensure brand consistency and engagement throughout the user experience.
  • Oversee advertising channels and contribute creative input to optimize campaigns.
  • Advocate for brand attribution and quantify the impact of brand initiatives.
