Desired Qualifications
  • Experience reviewing federal regulations with a federal agency’s Office of the General Counsel (OGC) or the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) and responding to OGC and/or OMB comments on federal regulation
  • Experience with the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) or the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS)
  • Able to manage competing demand
  • Able to apply specialized skills and experience in multiple venues
