- The Installer must complete the Apprentice Development Program and have a minimum of 3-6 months of in the field training prior to promotion.
- As a representative of the company the Installer is responsible for the behavior and performance of the crew, and will be evaluated on customer feedback include online reviews.
- Review work jacket with supervisor
- Review and confirm accuracy of breakout in accordance with customer contract
- Perform site prep which includes any work needed to modify the existing structure
- Carpentry work can include deck modifications, dormer installation, overhang cutoffs, wood knee wall builds, wall alterations, floor and ridge plates, and finish carpentry work
- Simple and complex decks
- Demolition
- Layout and cut all materials to install the job
- Maintains a clean, organized, and safe work site
- Install All View, ComfortView, and Solarium products
- Ability to complete basic carpentry duties such as dormer attachment, fascia removal, standard fascia attachment, etc. Able to build simple decks as well as demolition of old rooms.
- Performs service work
- Collect necessary stage payments from customer when applicable
- May be responsible for set up, take down, and repair of displays used for various outside marketing events
- Other duties may be assigned

March 31, 2026 | Cleveland, OH The Guardians proudly welcome Great Day Improvements as the new entitlement sponsor of the Great Day Improvements Parking Garage at Progressive Field. The multi-year partnership will feature prominent Great Day Improvements brands such as Leafguard, Patio Enclosures, Universal Windows Direct, and The Bath Authority throughout the interior and exterior of the garage, enhancing the parking experience year-round. This partnership will also feature gameday activations throughout the season. "At Great Day Improvements, we're not only excited as Guardians fans about this partnership, but also as a hometown company deepening our investment in communities across Ohio," said CEO of Great Day Improvements Drew Weinfurtner. Fans can expect the new garage entitlement to debut ahead of the 2026 regular season.
