Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is required.
- At least 10 years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, financial planning and analysis, corporate finance, transaction support, or related leadership roles is required.
- Strong experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, executive reporting, and business partnering is required.
- A strong understanding of generally accepted accounting principles, financial reporting, and operational finance is required.
- The ability to influence senior leadership while balancing strategic planning with hands-on execution is required.
Responsibilities
- Lead the annual budgeting process, rolling forecasts, variance analysis, and executive financial reporting.
- Partner with executive leadership to translate business strategies into financial plans, operating metrics, and actionable insights.
- Develop financial models to support strategic initiatives, profitability analysis, capital allocation, and business planning.
- Support mergers and acquisitions, including financial due diligence, integration planning, purchase accounting coordination, and synergy tracking.
- Prepare executive, Board, and lender reporting packages with accurate financial analysis and recommendations.
- Drive cash flow forecasting, working capital management, and overall financial performance.
- Improve financial reporting processes, systems, and controls to increase efficiency, scalability, and transparency.
- Partner cross-functionally with operations, human resources, technology, and business leaders to support organizational objectives.
- Develop and mentor a high-performing finance team while fostering accountability and continuous improvement.
- Support special projects and strategic initiatives as the organization continues to grow.
Desired Qualifications
- An MBA is a plus.
- CPA certification is a plus.
- Experience supporting multi-entity or high-growth organizations is preferred.
- Experience with mergers, acquisitions, and post-acquisition integrations is highly desirable.
