Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree with strong quantitative coursework
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing analytics
  • Experience designing and analyzing A/B experiments and comfort with basic statistical techniques (including t-tests and regression analysis)
  • Expertise in SQL, R or Python, and data visualization and related tools (e.g. Tableau, Sisense/Periscope)
  • Strong alignment to our mission and values
  • Skill in explaining technical ideas to non-technical stakeholders
Responsibilities
  • Analyze customer behavior and trends across mobile, web, and in-product data, generating insights on conversion optimization or other business opportunities
  • Design and analyze quantitative tests across SEO, Web and App platforms to validate customer or business hypotheses
  • Work with marketing and product teams to identify and scale new marketing and product opportunities
  • Develop and automate dashboards to monitor conversion performance and other key metrics
  • Use novel data sources to explore open-ended questions that may not have clear or simple answers
  • Partner with Marketing, Business Analytics, and other internal teams
