Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Finance, Accounting, Marketing and Technology Management, Mathematics/Statistics, Public Relations, or Communications.
  • 0-2+ years of experience, including internship experience, in direct marketing within digital media.
  • Strong analytical skills and expertise with Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience with budgeting.
  • Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Familiarity with Power Automate and emerging artificial intelligence-based technologies.
  • Ability to work autonomously and proactively update key management on campaign progress.
  • Ability to understand consumer mindsets and effectively message or position products around key consumer benefits.
  • Ability to work with people at various levels throughout the company to build consensus and implement cohesive campaigns.
Responsibilities
  • Assist with strategic planning, execution, and analysis of marketing campaigns for the network of sites.
  • Provide accurate and timely sales and performance reports using industry-standard tools.
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to optimize and execute marketing campaigns against key performance metrics.
  • Develop tests and implement performance-marketing approaches for products and programs with other team members.
  • Deliver against engagement and session key performance indicators.
  • Evaluate and recommend new advertising and coordination efforts across internal departments.
  • Analyze marketing campaigns by channel and product, provide strategic insights and recommendations, and present them to internal clients.
  • Analyze, report on, and optimize paid-search programs across the network of sites and internal clients.
  • Plan and execute marketing messages and campaigns across search-engine-marketing channels, including pay-per-click, pay-per-call, paid inclusion, and natural search.
  • Research targeted keywords and search phrases using third-party tools and recommend keyword lists.
  • Research search-engine-optimization and search-engine-marketing competitor rankings and positioning.
  • Perform quality control and testing for search-engine-marketing advertisements and specialized product landing pages.
  • Leverage emerging artificial intelligence tools and automation technologies to streamline workflows, enhance marketing operations, and identify process-improvement opportunities.
