  • 2+ years of relevant work experience, L&D experience at a hedge fund or similar investment management firm preferred
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and schedule firm-wide trainings (internal and external), arranging all related logistics
  • Ensure smooth running of all Learning & Development programs
  • Coordinate and arrange invites for onboarding programs for Investment juniors
  • Manage the entire cycle of Squarepoint’s internship program
  • Assist with keeping all current L&D offerings updated on shared platforms
  • Assist with the nomination process for all training programs and keep all relevant trackers updated
  • Leverage prior experience to provide insight towards developing training programs
  • Analyze feedback/trends to continually improve L&D efforts
  • Assist with any ad-hoc L&D requests as needed.
