About the Role

As our Brand Designer, you'll play a pivotal role in designing delightful, high-performing websites and brand experiences. This role demands creativity, agility, and an impeccable eye for detail, and is ideal for someone energised by quick turnarounds, frequent collaboration, and continuous growth.

Key Responsibilities

1. Brand & Visual Identity:

   • Build, evolve, and maintain our brand identity—visual systems, style guides, and design templates—ensuring consistency and creativity.

   • Develop high-quality visuals, including graphics, illustrations, and layouts, for both digital and print materials.

2. Digital & Campaign Design:

   • Create impactful assets for websites, social media, email campaigns, presentations, and advertisements.

   • Conceptualize and design visually stunning landing pages and microsites that are both conversion-focused and brand-led.

3. Collaboration & Innovation:

   • Work closely with the marketing team to conceptualize and launch campaigns efficiently.

   • Stay updated on the latest design trends and technologies to bring fresh, innovative ideas to the table.

   • Proactively suggest improvements to current designs, processes, and workflows.

What You’ll Need?

1. Education & Experience:

   • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.

   • 2–4 years of experience in brand or visual design (B2B SaaS, creative agency, or tech-forward product company preferred).

2. Creative & Technical Skills

   • A strong portfolio showcasing branding work, digital campaigns, and versatile design projects.

   • Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)

   • Bonus: Skills in motion graphics using After Effects, Jitter, or similar tools.

   • Solid understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and design principles.

3. Mindset & Collaboration

   • Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.

   • Ability to take constructive feedback and iterate quickly.

   • Excellent communication skills and comfort working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
