Responsibilities
  • Support HR operations by assisting with various tasks including data auditing, ensuring accuracy and compliance
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR department, including filing, scanning, and organizing documents
  • Assist with creating and distributing monthly wellness newsletter
  • Aid in administrative tasks related to employer brand/recruitment processes, such as scheduling interviews, coordinating candidate communications, updating email templates, and maintaining applicant tracking systems
  • Support employee training and development programs
  • Coordinate logistics for employee engagement events, such as team-building activities, social gatherings, and recognition events
  • Collaborate with HR team members to develop and maintain employee recognition programs, including ordering and distributing employee swag, gifts, and rewards
  • Assist with onboarding activities for new hires
  • Partner with talent management to update and organize job descriptions
  • Notify managers of their team's upcoming birthdays and anniversaries
  • Assist with event planning (including intern event), set up, and clean up
  • Update interior office monitors to display key business updates and employee spotlights
