Requirements
  • 3+ years of product design experience in B2B Software as a Service environments, ideally with exposure to complex workflow applications
  • Strong user experience fundamentals with polished user interface execution
  • Proficiency with modern design tools, particularly Figma, and comfort creating everything from wireframes to detailed interactions
  • Ability to effectively communicate design decisions and advocate for user needs with stakeholders across the organization
  • Comfort navigating ambiguity, breaking down complex problems, and driving toward pragmatic solutions
  • Thrives in collaborative environments and enjoys partnering with cross-functional teams
  • Excellent communication skills in English (German language skills are a plus but not required)
Responsibilities
  • Develop deep insight into users' workflows, pain points, and mental models through research and customer engagement, becoming the voice of users in product discussions
  • Lead the design process from problem definition to delivery, creating user journeys, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that transform complex supply chain processes into intuitive experiences
  • Partner closely with product managers and engineers to define problems, prioritize solutions, and ensure seamless implementation, translating concepts into clear specifications and actively participating in agile development cycles
  • Leverage and contribute to the existing design system, ensuring consistent experiences across the product while proposing enhancements to improve usability and visual cohesion
  • Validate design hypotheses through user testing, translating feedback into actionable improvements that continually enhance usability and effectiveness
  • Proactively identify opportunities to leverage artificial intelligence to accelerate work, experiment with new approaches, and share successful workflows — contributing to Tacto's culture of high-velocity execution and innovation
