The Arsenal team is responsible for building and improving the many business systems that enables Anduril to accomplish its mission. Anduril’s supply chain, accounting, sales & growth, field maintenance, manufacturing, and many more teams rely on the technology built by Arsenal. We work across the company to ensure we have the tools and capabilities necessary for mission success.
We are looking for an experienced NetSuite Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing our NetSuite ERP system to ensure it runs smoothly and efficiently. You will work closely with the ERP Product Managers to ensure that NetSuite is configured and customized to meet the business needs of Anduril Industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer the NetSuite ERP system and maintain the integrity of data in the system
- Configure and customize NetSuite to meet the needs of the business
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in the system
- Provide support to end-users and resolve any system-related issues
- Develop reports and dashboards to provide key business insights
- Create and maintain system documentation, including user guides and training materials
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement system enhancements
- Stay current on NetSuite updates and best practices to ensure optimal system performance
- Manage security and access controls for the system

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience administering NetSuite ERP systems
- Strong technical skills with NetSuite, including configuration, customization, report and dashboard creation, and administration
- Strong analytical skills and ability to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- U.S. Person status may be required as this position needs to access export controlled data
Preferred Qualifications
- NetSuite Administrator certification

The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations.
