Requirements
  • A Bachelor’s degree or 4 years experience in an office environment
  • Comfortable working across multiple software platforms
  • Based in or willing to move to Washington, DC
Responsibilities
  • Leads Front Desk Operations for the DNC including managing the organization-wide phone system, facilitate meetings with internal and external stakeholders, and coordinating usage of conference rooms throughout the building
  • Serves as a liaison between the Operations Department, staff, and external visitors.
  • Assists with coordinating travel and supporting staff with travel needs
  • Coordinates with Accounting on expense reporting and direct billing for vendors and staff.
  • Develops and maintains department file management system.
  • Coordinates across the Operations department to ensure that all team projects have support.
  • Assists with DNC insurance renewal and ongoing insurance needs.
  • Assists with the DNC contracting process.
  • Assists in vendor management, research, and bill reconciliation.
  • Assists with executing DNC initiatives and events.
  • Oversees special projects at the discretion of the COO, Director of Operations, and State Operations Director.
  • Other duties as assigned to support the department and the DNC's mission
