As an analyst on our Central Ops team, you’ll have a key role in rebuilding our country’s most important and most broken industry from first principles. More specifically, you will play an important role in helping our team hit aggressive retention goals to prove out the effectiveness of our membership model.

You Will

Work alongside cross-functional stakeholders to solve high priority problems and drive key decisions around strategy and execution
Deliver ad hoc analyses that answer key questions and further strategic initiatives
Develop and implement experiments that maximize learning in a short period of time
Build and scale our processes and tools to drive rapid scaling while continuously improving efficiency and speed of execution
Learn what it takes to build a world-changing startup, both by osmosis and through constant interaction with the Operations team

Minimum Qualifications

0-3 years of experience in strategy, program management, and/or operational execution
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
Proven ability to understand and operate within complex systems
Proven ability to communicate abstract information to different audiences
Strong analytical skills. Proficient in spreadsheets and a quick study in data management
Career changers welcome
No experience needed

Preferred Qualifications

3+ years of experience at a high-growth startup
Degree in data science, statistics, economics, mathematics, or other quantitative fields, and/or a background in consulting, investment banking, or related field
Some exposure to R, Python, and/or SQL and a willingness to keep learning

The base salary range for this full-time position is $75,000-$220,000, plus equity and benefits. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and location.
